My personal fitness journey began when I was 15yrs old. I was overweight teenager, who wasn’t happy with how I looked and reflecting back struggled with my confidence. Fortunately for me, I came into contact with a personal trainer which was my Rugby coach at school. This was a turning point for me and changed the direction of my life!
I became a member of a gym shortly afterwards and fell in love with working out. Seeing the changes in my body, feeling fitter and more confident finding purpose in my life! I knew then what I wanted to do for my future and career.
Then went into to college to study sports and exercise science, which I excelled at. Then I began my further learning and working in the industry. Gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning over 15yrs.
Since then, I have trained every age, shape, size and ability that you can think of. Which gives me an advantage to deliver great results!
My current mission is to help as many people as possible, especially those who are willing to try. To improve their quality of life and feeling good again about themselves.
Since I hired Daniel over five years ago, I've lost weight/ body fat, toned up and I'm fitter and healthier than I've ever been before. It has been a challenging journey, but very much a worthwhile investment of time and effort. I've suffered with a very bad back for a long time, which was a major concern for me. Daniel and I went through a two year rehab plan and my back is the best it's ever been in my adult life. Approximately 18 months ago I dislocated my shoulder, and I was in a tremendous amount of pain. But Daniel and I worked through it together and persevered. Now I can do full press ups again, pain-free! Daniel has the ability and knowledge to bring out the best in his clients via rapport and passion for personal training/ self development. I would recommend Daniel for personal training or sports massage. He's been a great help over the years, and I intend to continue this positive process and achieve my long term goals.

Since starting weight training sessions with Daniel three years ago, I have toned up, lost weight and improved my general wellbeing. Daniel gives me advice on diet as well as exercise. Having had a previous back injury, Daniel has been exceptionally supportive and protective of my back at all times, designing a programme specifically for me to strengthen and support my back, as well as working all my other muscles! I no longer have back pain, and feel much stronger and fitter. I have confidence in how I look now, which had been lacking for some time. My sessions are thoroughly enjoyable and fun (even though he works me hard!), and my family and friends will tell you, they are not two words I have used to describe exercise before! Daniel is very encouraging and totally focused on me as an individual, working on my aims and goals. He regularly reviews and redesigns my programme to keep the gym interesting and get the maximum workout from my muscles! Since I first began training with Daniel, I have found that my training has become much more effective. I noticed Daniel training other clients in our gym, and thought that he seemed very knowledgeable and professional. When my training hit a brick wall, and I wondered how to keep motivated, I contacted Daniel and asked him to personal train me. Daniel was recommended to me as I was having real trouble with my weight and fitness regime. Will I be terminating his services...? Hell, no! Training with Daniel has been brilliant for me. There's never any time for complacency as my routine is always changing, keeping me on my toes and no chance of ever being bored either. The hour a week keeps me motivated and on track with my goals.
